We know that the right tenants make a huge difference in the success of your rental property. We find and place tenants who are highly qualified and able to pay rent on time, take care of your home, and follow the terms of your lease.
Cash flow is king, and we understand the importance of getting your rent paid on time. We allow online rental payments, which makes it easy for tenants to pay on schedule. We’ll disburse your rental earnings as soon as rent is collected, and begin legal proceedings if rent isn’t paid by the 6th of the month.
All rental properties need ongoing maintenance and have unexpected repairs. Our goal is to keep costs down with our stellar team of vendors and contractors and our online system for requesting repairs.
We protect your property by inspecting it. We use inspections to look for lease violations and ensure there isn’t any deferred damage threatening the condition of your home. We schedule inspections twice a year, drive by your property regularly, and get inside more frequently if you request it.
Our thorough screening process and regular inspections are the best protection against eviction. Our eviction rate is less than 1 percent. But, if things go wrong, we’re there to help. Tenant and legal problems are dealt with immediately.
